Are there any luggage storage facilities at Ngong Ping 360?
Yes. You are welcome to make use of our left luggage service at the Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal and “Holidays 360 Information Center” in Ngong Ping Village during opening hours. Storage fees are calculated at HK$100 per piece and no booking is required. You are required to pick up your luggage at the designated left luggage service counter before the closing time of Ngong Ping Cable Car on the same day. According to “Tung Chung Cable Car Bylaw", luggage or backpack that exceeds a dimension of 48cm x 34cm x 23cm or weighs above 4 kilograms is not allowed to be brought onboard the cable car.
Can I drive to Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal? Are there any parking facilities?
Will the cable car service be affected when bad weather strikes?
In the event of inclement weather, such as rainstorm or thunderstorm, the cable car service may be suspended, depending on the actual circumstances. For guests who have already purchased tickets, please call our Guest Services Hotline for assistance about ticketing arrangements.
Does Ngong Ping 360 provide car park facilities for disabled guests?
Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal provides two disabled parking spaces for picking up and dropping off disabled guests. Disabled guests who drive to Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal can also park their vehicles there. Please note that the disabled parking spaces are provided on a first come first served basis.
Does Ngong Ping 360 provide washrooms for the disabled?
Ngong Ping 360 provides six washrooms for the disabled. They are located at the boarding area at the Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal, the boarding area of Ngong Ping Cable Car Terminal, as well as the ground floor and the first floor of the Village Square, the Country Market and the First Aid Room at Ngong Ping Village.
Are there any baby-care facilities at Ngong Ping 360?
Yes. There are baby-care facilities at the Ngong Ping Village.
Can I ride on Ngong Ping Cable Car alone if I am a wheelchair user?
In the case of emergency in the cable car, wheelchair users may not be able to get the emergency pack, which are placed in specific locations. As safety is the highest priority and we encourage social integration of able-bodied and disabled persons, all wheelchair users must board with able-bodied person. The floor of the boarding platform is specially designed to level with that of the cabins; hence wheelchair bound can easily board our cabins. To provide further convenience, the seating bench in the cabin can be lifted up to make ample room available for wheelchairs. Please follow the instructions of on-site staff and orderly wait for boarding. All boarding arrangements are subject to the final decision of our on-site staff.
If I want to have privacy for my cable car ride, what should I do? Any privileges or discounts for visitors with disabilities?
All guests can purchase private cabin service at the listed price to enjoy exclusive privacy. However, due to safety reason, disabled person and wheelchair users must board with able-bodied person. Please find the latest service details in the following website .

Believed to be the first-ever cable car system to adopt a full-width single piece of glass for a cabin bottom, the Crystal Cabin is designed to feast your eyes on the stunning scenery from a bird's eye view. You can feel the magic of the open sea and the rolling grassland slopes right underneath your feet. The new perspective allows you to experience the journey as if you were flying.
How thick is the Crystal Cabin's glass bottom?
The Crystal Cabin's glass bottom is made up of three layers of tempered glass. The total thickness is approximately 4.84 cm and the maximum loading of each piece of glass is 2,250 kg.
Is the cable car suitable for everyone?
Generally, the cable car is suitable for everyone. However, pregnant guests or guests who suffer from acrophobia (fear of height), chronic illnesses, claustrophobia or other illnesses on the day of travel are recommended to consider their physical reactions before they decide to travel on the cable car.
Is the Crystal Cabin or Crystal+ suitable for elderly people?
Generally, the Crystal Cabin or Crystal+ is suitable for everyone. Can wheelchair guests travel on the cable car?
Yes. Our Guest Services Operators will assist wheelchair-bound guests to board the cabins. Cable car speed may also be slowed down to facilitate them in boarding. Companions can go on board when wheelchair guests have safely got on the cable car.
How should I dress to ride the Crystal Cabin or Crystal+? Can ladies wear high heels to travel on the Crystal Cabin or Crystal+?
To facilitate outdoor activities and enhance the enjoyment of the journey, we recommend wearing casual clothes to travel on the Crystal Cabin or Crystal+. Please note that we do not have any regulations to prohibit anyone from wearing any specific type of shoes to board the Crystal Cabin or Crystal+. In addition, the Crystal Cabin or Crystal+ is covered with a layer of anti-slip protective film.
How many people can a Standard Cabin carry?
A maximum of 17 guests can be accommodated, including 10 seated and 7 standing. Each child, regardless of their age, is counted as one person.

How do you arrange the seating for the cable cars? Is it possible for guests to request an individual cabin?
We arrange seating for the cable cars according to the length of the boarding queue. We provide Private Cabin service for guests who would like to enjoy more private space in an individual cabin.
What should guests do in case of emergency during the cable car journey?
In case of emergency, guests should call the emergency hotline posted in the cabin to seek immediate assistance. Furthermore, our Guest Services Operators will record the number of cabins carrying disabled guests beforehand to allow us to identify their exact location.

Crystal+ depart from platform every 7 to 10 minutes.
What are the differences between Crystal+ and Crystal Cabin?
The differences are the size and material of the transparent panels. The wall transparent panels of Crystal+ become full height and are made of laminated glass. The transparency percentage of the Crystal+ is above 80% which is higher than the transparency percentage of Crystal Cabin.
Is the Crystal+ complies with any safety requirements?
The cabins with glass windows and floor panels were designed and constructed fully in France to comply with the EU standards and certification requirements on cable car in France. Sigma, the cabin manufacturer in France, has conducted the necessary safety tests according to the EC certification requirements.
How many people can a Crystal+ carry?
A maximum of 10 guests can be accommodated. Each child, regardless of their age, is counted as one person.
Do I need to make a booking?
You can book online to save time on queuing for tickets, especially on weekends and public holidays. We strongly recommend you to book your tickets from the official website in advance. I have already booked online. Do I need to redeem a ticket to board?
If you have booked Ngong Ping 360 Private Cabin Service, the 360 Holidays Guided Tour, packages or 360 Sky-Land-Sea Overnight Package online, please redeem a physical ticket at designated counter of ticketing office.
If you have booked single trip or round trip cable car tickets, please board on cable car with e-ticket. No physical ticket redemption is required.

What are the rates for infants and children?
Children aged 3-11 can enjoy special rates (please refer to the ticket price here) while children below the age of 3 can travel free of charge. Children aged under 12 years of age must be accompanied by another guest aged 15 or above to travel on the cable car.
Can I use the round-trip tickets on two separate dates?
No. The two trips of the round-trip ticket are only valid on the same day.
If I have purchased a round trip ticket of "Tung Chung to Ngong Ping (crystal cabin), Ngong Ping to Tung Chung (standard cabin)", can I change it to a round trip cable car ride (crystal cabin) after arriving at Ngong Ping?
Due to the extraordinary popularity of the crystal cabin, we strongly recommend you to confirm the journey before purchasing tickets. We can only address changes in guests' request if the actual circumstances allow so.
If I have purchased a round trip cable car ride (crystal cabin), can I change it to standard cabin for the return trip?
Guests who have purchased a round trip cable car ride (crystal cabin) are free to choose the crystal cabin or standard cabin to go back to Tung Chung. However, no refund of the price difference will be issued if guests choose to travel on the standard cabin on the return trip.
What payment methods can I use for the Ngong Ping Cable Car and Ngong Ping Village attractions?
All Ngong Ping 360 facilities accept a range of payment methods, including cash, all major credit cards and electronic payment (such as Alipay or WeChat Pay). For details, please check with our ticketing office staff.
Does NP360 provide any special arrangement for disabled guests to queue up for ticket?
For disabled guests who travel alone or with a group, we will escort them to the designated ticketing counter as far as possible. If the disabled guests are accompanied by relatives or friends, we will first escort him/her to the pre-boarding area, while the accompanying parties could queue for tickets as normal. They can board the cable car together when the accompanying parties arrive at the platform area.

No, once a one-day ticket is issued, it cannot be upgraded to 360 Annual Pass.
What should I do if I lose The 360 Annual Pass? Can I get a new one?
Loss of the 360 Annual Pass should be reported to Ngong Ping 360 immediately. We may issue a replacement pass at HK$50. The replaced pass will have the same validity as the lost or damaged one.
Can I buy The 360 Annual Pass for my friends or give it as a gift?
You are welcome to buy the 360 Annual Pass for your friends or give it as a gift. You only need to provide certain details and signature of the 360 Annual Pass holders at the time of purchase.
How do the 360 Annual Pass Holders board the cable car? Are 360 Annual Pass Holders required to redeem tickets at a ticketing counter?
The 360 Annual Pass Holders are not required to redeem tickets at a ticketing counter. 360 Annual Pass Holders can directly queue up at the boarding area and present their passes to the staff at the turnstile for boarding.
How long does it take to process the 360 Annual Pass?
The 360 Annual Pass can be issued on the day of purchase.
Are 360 Annual Pass Holders entitled to ticket refund in the event of cable car suspension due to inclement weather or technical issue?
The 360 Annual Pass Holders are not entitled to ticket refund in the event of cable car suspension due to inclement weather or technical issue. 360 Annual Pass Holders can enjoy Cable Car service again within the validity period.

You can purchase the 360 Annual Pass at ticketing office at Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal. The same price is applicable to adults, children and seniors.
Is there a limit of cable car ride per day?
No, but you are required to alight the cable car when the cable car reaches the terminal. You can queue up for another cable car ride at the boarding area.
Can I pay the fare difference to upgrade my tickets to a Private Cabin?
Sorry, upgrade to Private Cabin is not available. Guests are required to purchase another Private Cabin Ticket to enjoy the service.
Is the 360 Annual Pass transferable?
The 360 Annual Pass is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered person. We may verify the identification if necessary during ticket redemption or at the turnstile. Ngong Ping 360 reserves the right to confiscate the 360 Annual Pass in case of any misuse.
Is the 360 Annual Pass valid for Hong Kong citizens only?
No, foreign guests are also welcome to purchase the 360 Annual Pass.
Are there special offers to the 360 Annual Pass Holders?
360 Annual Pass Holders can enjoy special discounts at Ngong Ping 360 souvenir shops and designated tenants at Ngong Ping Village. (Please refer to respective shops and tenants for details)
Can I refund the 360 Annual Pass because I have never used it?
Once the 360 Annual Pass is issued, no refund is allowed.
